Youth that are eligible for the KARI Youth Leadership Program are students who are nominated by their respective schools, by teachers who believe they exhibit the qualities of potential leaders within the community.
The purpose of this camp is to further arm these future leaders with the knowledge of what it takes to be a great leader and to put these ideas in practice across several practical team building and individual exercises. The overall aim of this camp is to up-skill these students to become leaders both in their culture and communities.
